This privacy notice applies to this personal information and referral website relating to TRUST GOLD. Enquiries are collected through the internal form and handled personally by Lukas Teissl.

Data processed

If you use the enquiry or consultation form, the information you enter is processed: name, optional company, email address, phone/WhatsApp, country, language, interest and message. A hash of the IP address is also processed for secure operation.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used to handle your enquiry, allow personal contact and – after coordination – support a possible manual allocation in the referral process. Enquiry processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; technical security functions are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation.

Technical storage

Form data is stored server-side and sensitive form fields are encrypted by the application. A technically necessary session cookie is used for language, form protection and session functions. The website operates without external tracking, advertising or social-media scripts.

Transfer and official allocation

Form data is transferred to TRUST GOLD or another provider only after personal coordination where this is required for the official allocation you request.

Retention and your rights
